During that consultation we give you an estimate of likely costs, so you can make an informed decision. We do not accept work we cannot complete.

We offer No Win No Fee agreements in appropriate circumstances to fund your claim. We pay the full compensation costs we recover on your behalf. We do not expect you to pay for anything during the course of your claim or sign up to complicated loan agreements.

The small print

  2. No Win No Fee agreements are offered in appropriate circumstances. We will explain whether your claim qualifies and how it is funded before you commit.
  3. If your matter requires expert reports or other costs external to our fees, we will discuss these with you in detail.
  4. Appointments outside normal business hours, and home or hospital visits, are available by prior arrangement where appropriate.
